Our Process
Six steps from idea to shelf
01
Brief & tech pack
Send us your sketch, reference photo, fabric spec or tech pack. We confirm feasibility, suggest fabric alternatives and lock down a price band within 24 hours.

Counter sample
For stock styles we ship the next day; for custom designs we develop a counter sample in 5–7 days, with fit, fabric hand and finish you can evaluate.

Sample approval
You approve the sample — or request revisions. We finalise the tech pack, set up your private label, and lock the production slot.
04
Bulk production
Bulk runs take 15–25 days depending on style, fabric and quantity. Every order passes our 5-stage inspection before packing.

QC & packing
Needle detection, individual polybag with warning labels, FNSKU labeling for Amazon FBA, carton or palletized packing on request.
06
Global shipping
We book DDP, FOB, CIF — or direct to Amazon FBA. Express, air or sea freight with consolidated paperwork for customs clearance.
